【摘要】：目的:探討喉鱗狀細胞癌中CD45RO的表達及其臨床意義,為喉鱗狀細胞癌的預后評估提供新的思路,及為其生物治療提供理論依據(jù)。方法:2010-01-2012-12期間我院確診并手術治療的初發(fā)喉鱗狀細胞癌標本50例。另取10例喉部正常黏膜作對照分析。所有標本均經(jīng)10%甲醛固定,石蠟包埋、切片。采用免疫組織化學、蘇木精伊紅染色方法檢測CD45RO的陽性表達,分析其與喉鱗狀細胞癌臨床病理特征之間的關系。結果:CD45RO在正常組織及喉鱗狀細胞癌中的陽性表達率分別為30%、86%。在50例喉癌病例中,CD45RO與局部淋巴結轉移呈負相關(r=-0.713,P0.05),與腫瘤分區(qū)呈負相關(r=-0.750,P0.05),與年齡、T分類、病理分化程度、臨床分期無明顯相關性。結論:①CD45RO在喉鱗狀細胞癌組織中的表達高于正常喉黏膜組織中的表達;②CD45RO過表達可能減少區(qū)域淋巴結轉移;③CD45RO過表達可能有利于喉鱗狀細胞癌患者的預后;④傳統(tǒng)UICC-TNM分期、組織學分級評估預后不同,通過對CD45RO的檢測可以從另外一個角度評估喉鱗狀細胞癌的預后情況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of CD45RO and its clinical significance in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), and to provide a new method for prognosis evaluation of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and a theoretical basis for its biotherapy. Methods 50 cases of primary laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) diagnosed and surgically treated in our hospital from January to December 2012-12 were collected. Another 10 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa were taken as control analysis. All specimens were fixed with 10% formaldehyde, embedded in paraffin and sectioned. Immunohistochemistry and hematoxylin eosin staining were used to detect the positive expression of CD45RO and its relationship with the clinicopathological features of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). Results the positive expression rates of CD45RO in normal tissue and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were 300.86%. In 50 cases of laryngeal carcinoma, CD45RO was negatively correlated with local lymph node metastasis, and negatively correlated with tumor subdivision. There was no significant correlation between CD45RO and age T classification, pathological differentiation and clinical stage. Conclusion the overexpression of CD45RO in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma is higher than that in normal laryngeal mucosa. The overexpression of CD45RO may decrease the expression of CD45RO in regional lymph node metastasis, which may be beneficial to the prognosis of patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. (4) the prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma can be evaluated by traditional UICC-TNM staging and histological grading. The prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma can be evaluated from another angle by the detection of CD45RO.
