【摘要】：目的觀察共同性外斜視眼外肌中IGF-1、Annexin A1表達(dá)的變化,探討IGF-1、Annexin A1在共同性外斜視發(fā)病機(jī)制中的作用。 方法收集我院2009-2010年收治的共同性外斜視病人(16例)為斜視組。根據(jù)年齡又將斜視組分為兒童斜視組(8例)和成人斜視組(8例)；同期行眼球摘除或角膜移植供體取得的水平直肌為成人對照組(共6例)。所有眼外肌固定切片后行IGF-1、Annexin A1免疫組織化學(xué)染色,測IGF-1、Annexin A1在眼外肌中的平均光密度值。對各組間平均光密度值進(jìn)行比較,并對斜視患者眼外肌中IGF-1平均光密度值與患者斜視度及年齡進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。 結(jié)果①IGF-1在斜視組、成人對照組、兒童斜視組及成人斜視組表達(dá)的平均光密度值分別為(0.225±0.041)、(0.334±0.024)、(0.255±0.012)及(0.196±0.038)。斜視組與成人對照組、兒童斜視組與成人斜視組、成人斜視組與成人對照組之間比較均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。②Annexin A1平均光密度值在斜視組、成人對照組、兒童斜視組及成人斜視組表達(dá)的平均光密度值分別為(0.148±0.031)、(0.254±0.050)、(0.197±0.027)及(0.126±0.026)。斜視組與成人對照組、兒童斜視組與成人斜視組、成人斜視組與成人對照組之間比較同樣均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。③斜視患者IGF-1、AnnexinAl平均光密度值與患者的斜視度和年齡呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.721,P=0.002,r=-0.663,P=0.008；r=-0.554,P=0.029,r=-0.598,P=0.014)。 結(jié)論①眼外肌中IGF-1、Annexin A1表達(dá)的降低可能參與斜視的發(fā)病。②眼外肌中IGF-1、Annexin A1中的表達(dá)變化可能與斜視的發(fā)展相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of IGF-1 and Annexin A1 in the extraocular muscle of concomitant exotropia and to explore the role of IGF-1 and Annexin A1 in the pathogenesis of concomitant exotropia. Methods 16 patients with concomitant exotropia admitted in our hospital from 2009-2010 were selected as strabismus group. According to the age, the strabismus group was divided into children strabismus group (n = 8) and adult strabismus group (n = 8). All the sections of the extraocular muscle were fixed with the IGF-1 Annexin A1 immunohistochemical staining, and the mean optical density of the IGF-1 and Annexin A1 in the extraocular muscle was measured. The mean optical density of the patients with strabismus was compared and the correlation between the mean optical density of IGF-1 in the extraocular muscles and the degree of strabismus and age was analyzed. Results the average optical density of 1IGF-1 expression in strabismus group, adult control group, strabismus group and adult strabismus group were 0.225 鹵0.041, 0.334 鹵0.024, 0.255 鹵0.012 and 0.196 鹵0.038, respectively. There were significant differences between strabismus group and adult control group, children strabismus group and adult strabismus group, adult strabismus group and adult control group. The average optical density of squint group and adult strabismus group were 0.148 鹵0.031, 0.254 鹵0.050, 0.197 鹵0.027) and 0.126 鹵0.026, respectively. In strabismus group and adult control group, children strabismus group and adult strabismus group, adult strabismus group and adult strabismus group, there was also significant difference between the mean optical density of IGF-1 and Annexin Al in strabismus patients. There was a negative correlation between the mean optical density of IGF-1 and Annexin Al and the strabismus degree and age of the patients, and the mean optical density of IGF-1 and Annexin Al was negatively correlated with the strabismus degree and the age of the patients with strabismus, the squint group and the adult strabismus group. Conclusion 1 the decrease of the expression of IGF-1 and Annexin A1 in extraocular muscles may be involved in the pathogenesis of strabismus .2 the changes of the expression of IGF-1 and Annexin A1 in extraocular muscles may be related to the development of strabismus.
