【摘要】：目的探討用ASSR閾值預(yù)測(cè)聽力正常耳聽力狀況和縮短ASSR測(cè)試時(shí)間的可行性。方法選取28名聽力正常的青年人作為受試者(56耳),對(duì)其進(jìn)行純音聽閾和ASSR閾值測(cè)試,記錄500、1000、2000和4000Hz四個(gè)頻率純音閾值、ASSR閾值出現(xiàn)時(shí)的搜索時(shí)間和ASSR閾值,根據(jù)ASSR閾值均數(shù)推測(cè)純音聽閾均值,分析ASSR閾值與其純音聽閾的關(guān)系和最大搜索時(shí)間對(duì)ASSR閾值檢出率的影響。結(jié)果 ASSR在500、1000、2000和4000Hz四個(gè)頻率的反應(yīng)閾值分別是29±8、29±8、28±9和30±10dBHL,各頻率反應(yīng)閾值無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05),各頻率ASSR反應(yīng)閾值與純音聽閾閾值之差在13～15dB之間,各頻率ASSR反應(yīng)閾值與純音聽閾閾值無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05),PTA預(yù)測(cè)值和PTA實(shí)測(cè)值相差8dB,四個(gè)頻率最大搜索時(shí)間為6和9min時(shí)ASSR閾值檢出率無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論聽力正常青年人ASSR反應(yīng)閾值與純音聽閾閾值相差在15dB之內(nèi),但兩者相關(guān)性較差,不宜直接用ASSR閾值預(yù)測(cè)聽力正常人純音聽閾閾值;對(duì)于ICSChartrEP系統(tǒng)來(lái)說(shuō),將最大搜索時(shí)間設(shè)置為6min可以既不改變ASSR閾值的檢出率又縮短ASSR的測(cè)試時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the feasibility of using ASSR threshold to predict the hearing status of normal ears and shorten the time of ASSR test. Methods Twenty-eight young people with normal hearing were selected as subjects. The pure tone hearing threshold and ASSR threshold were measured, and the search time and ASSR threshold were recorded. According to the mean of ASSR threshold, the relationship between ASSR threshold and pure tone threshold and the effect of maximum search time on the detection rate of ASSR threshold were analyzed. Results the response thresholds of ASSR at the four frequencies of 500 ~ 1000min ~ 2000 and 4000Hz were 29 鹵8 ~ 29 鹵8 ~ 8 鹵28 鹵9 and 30 鹵10 dBHLs, respectively. There was no significant difference in the response thresholds of each frequency (P 0.05). The difference between the threshold of ASSR response and the threshold of pure tone hearing at each frequency was between 13~15dB. There was no significant correlation between the threshold of ASSR response and the threshold of pure tone audiometry. There was no significant difference in the detection rate of ASSR threshold between the predicted values of P0.05 and PTA and the measured values of PTA. There was no significant difference in the detection rate of ASSR thresholds between the four frequencies when the maximum search time was 6 and 9min. Conclusion the difference between ASSR response threshold and pure tone threshold in young people with normal hearing is within 15dB, but the correlation between them is poor, so it is not suitable to directly use ASSR threshold to predict pure tone threshold of normal hearing. Setting the maximum search time to 6min can not only change the detection rate of ASSR threshold but also shorten the test time of ASSR.
