【摘要】：目的：探討原發(fā)性開角型青光眼(POAG)和2型糖尿病的關(guān)系。方法：收集113例POAG患者的病歷資料,其中21例(40只眼)合并2型糖尿病患者分為糖尿病組,92例(172只眼)單純POAG患者分為非糖尿病組,分析比較兩組的視力、眼壓、視野平均缺損(MD)、視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)纖維層(RNFL)厚度及眼底杯盤比(C/D)差異。結(jié)果：在113例POAG患者中,非糖尿病組和糖尿病組在不同年齡段(小于40歲、40-60歲、大于60歲)和性別的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；非糖尿病組的視力均值(0.37±0.28)和糖尿病組的視力均值(0.38±0.27)的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；非糖尿病組眼壓均值(20.67±4.99)mmHg和糖尿病組眼壓均值(20.93±3.99)mmHg的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義p0.05)；非糖尿病組視野MD均值(-9.23-2.99)dB和糖尿病組視野MD均值(-10.89±2.96)dB的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；非糖尿病組RNFL厚度均值(92.86±12.84)μm和糖尿病組RNFL厚度均值(86.29±11.29)μmm之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；非糖尿病組眼底C/D均值(0.56±0.17)和糖尿病組眼底C/D均值(0.56±0.15)之間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；非糖尿病組視野MD和RNFL厚度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(相關(guān)系數(shù)為-0.780,P0.05)：糖尿病組視野MD和RNFL厚度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(相關(guān)系數(shù)-0.729,P0.05)。結(jié)論：原發(fā)性開角型青光眼合并2型糖尿病者視野的缺損和視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)纖維層的損害更加嚴(yán)重,但對(duì)視力、眼壓及杯盤比的影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between primary open angle glaucoma (Poag) and type 2 diabetes. Methods: the medical records of 113 patients with POAG were collected. Among them, 21 cases (40 eyes) with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into diabetic group (92 cases) and 172 eyes) POAG patients were divided into non-diabetic group. The visual acuity and intraocular pressure (IOP) of the two groups were analyzed and compared. The mean visual field defect (MD), retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness and fundus cup / disc ratio (C / D) were different. Results: among the 113 patients with POAG, the non-diabetic group and the diabetic group were in different age groups (< 40 years old and 40 to 60 years old). There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the non-diabetic group (0.37 鹵0.28) and the diabetic group (0.38 鹵0.27), the mean intraocular pressure (IOP) was 20.67 鹵4.99)mmHg in the non-diabetic group and 20.93 鹵3.99)mmHg in the diabetic group. There was no significant difference in RNFL thickness between non-diabetic group and diabetic group (P < 0.05), and there was significant difference between non-diabetic group and diabetic group (P < 0.05). There was a significant difference between non-diabetic group and diabetic group in RNFL thickness (92.86 鹵12.84) 渭 m and diabetes group (86.29 鹵11.29) 渭 mm respectively. There was no significant difference between non-diabetic group and diabetic group (P 0.05). There was a negative correlation between MD and RNFL thickness in non-diabetic group (correlation coefficient was -0.780 P 0.05): in diabetic group, MD and RNFL in visual field were significantly lower than that in non-diabetic group (P < 0.05), and the correlation coefficient was -0.780 P 0.05 (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between non-diabetic group and diabetic group (P < 0.05), and the correlation coefficient was -0.780 P 0.05 (correlation coefficient = -0.780 P 0.05; P < 0.05). The thickness was negatively correlated (correlation coefficient -0.729, P 0.05). Conclusion: the visual field defect and retinal nerve fiber layer damage in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma complicated with type 2 diabetes are more serious, but the effects on visual acuity, intraocular pressure and cup / disc ratio are not significant.
