【摘要】：目的探討不同鼻腔沖洗溫度對變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者的臨床效果。方法采用隨機數(shù)字法將200例變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者平均分為A、B和C 3組,分別給予15、25和40℃生理鹽水進行鼻腔沖洗。檢測鼻腔沖洗液中白三烯C4、組胺、特異性IgE及嗜酸粒細胞陽離子蛋白(ECP)。3個月隨訪后對患者臨床療效進行比較。結(jié)果治療后C組患者白三烯C4、組胺較治療前有明顯下降(P0.05),且明顯低于A和B兩組(P0.05)。治療后B組、C組噴嚏、鼻塞癥狀得分較明顯低于治療前(P0.05);C組得分均明顯低于A和B兩組,B組得分低于A組(P0.05)。3組患者總有效率分別為75.7%、74.6%和95.5%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 40℃生理鹽水鼻腔沖洗可以通過降低鼻黏膜炎癥因子組胺和白三烯C4水平,有效改善患者打噴嚏及鼻塞癥狀,是適宜的鼻腔沖洗液溫度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of different nasal irrigation temperature on allergic rhinitis. Methods 200 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 25) and group C (n = 3). To detect leukotriene C4 histamine specific IgE and eosinophil cationic protein in nasal lavage fluid. Results after treatment, leukotriene C4 and histamine in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and B, and were significantly lower than those in group A and B. After treatment, the scores of sneezing and nasal congestion in group B were significantly lower than those in group A and group B before treatment. The total effective rates of group A and group B were 74.6% and 95.5%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion nasal lavage at 40 鈩，
