【摘要】：目的:觀察虹膜拉鉤在白內(nèi)障伴晶狀體半脫位超聲乳化手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用.方法:17例白內(nèi)障伴晶狀體半脫位患者行白內(nèi)障超聲乳化手術(shù),術(shù)中使用虹膜拉鉤固定晶狀體前囊膜,植入3片式人工晶體.結(jié)果:患者術(shù)后1d、1周、1個(gè)月及3個(gè)月術(shù)眼裸眼視力分別為0.47±0.21、0.51±0.23、0.56±0.24、0.52±0.27,最佳矯正視力分別為0.53±0.23、0.56±0.21、0.57±0.31、0.57±0.29,術(shù)后3個(gè)月13例人工晶體位置居中.結(jié)論:虹膜拉鉤在白內(nèi)障伴晶狀體半脫位超聲乳化手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用明顯降低手術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),值得推廣應(yīng)用.
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the application of iris retractor in phacoemulsification of cataract with lens subluxation.Methods 17 cases of cataract with subluxation were treated with phacoemulsification. The anterior capsule of lens was fixed with iris retractor and 3 pieces of intraocular lens were implanted.Results: at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation, the uncorrected visual acuity was 0.47 鹵0.21 鹵0.51 鹵0.230.56 鹵0.24 鹵0.52 鹵0.27, and the best corrected visual acuity was 0.53 鹵0.230.56 鹵0.21 鹵0.57 鹵0.31 鹵0.29, respectively.Conclusion: the application of iris retractor in phacoemulsification of cataract with subluxation is worth popularizing.
