【摘要】：目的：探討程序化細胞死亡分子5(programmed cell death5, PDCD5)在喉癌組織中的表達及意義。 方法：選擇喉鱗癌病理標本41例為實驗組,另選擇距癌組織0.5～1.0cm癌旁正常黏膜組織34例作為對照組,采用采用Western blot(蛋白印跡法)法檢測PDCD5在喉鱗癌中的表達,并分析PDCD5的表達與喉鱗癌的病理分化程度、TNM分級、臨床分期的關系。 結果：PDCD5在實驗組中表達陽性率43.9%,對照組為73.5%,兩者有顯著性差異(P0.05)；PDCD5的陽性表達強度與喉癌的組織學分化程度、TNM分級、臨床分期密切相關(均P0.05)。 結論：PDCD5陽性表達強度可作為判斷喉癌生物學特性的重要指標,PDCD5可作為判斷喉癌預后的一個新指標。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of programmed cell death5 (PDCD5) in laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: 41 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) were selected as experimental group and 34 cases as control group. The expression of PDCD5 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) was detected by Western blot (Western blotting). The relationship between the expression of PDCD5 and the pathological differentiation and clinical stage of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) was analyzed. Results the positive rate of the expression of 7% PDCD5 was 43.9% in the experimental group and 73.5% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups. There was a significant correlation between the positive expression intensity of PDCD5 and the histological differentiation and clinical stage of laryngeal carcinoma (all P 0.05). Conclusion the positive expression intensity of the fraction PDCD5 may be used as an important index to judge the biological characteristics of laryngeal carcinoma. PDCD5 may be a new index to judge the prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma.
