【摘要】：目的 探討鼻淚管支架植入術(shù)后淚道再阻塞原因。 方法 對(duì)70例(70只眼)鼻淚管支架植入術(shù)后再溢淚的淚道阻塞患者進(jìn)行數(shù)字減影淚道造影,并分析其圖像。 結(jié)果 數(shù)字減影淚道造影能清楚地顯示鼻淚管支架植入術(shù)后再溢淚患者的淚道情況及支架的位置,在數(shù)字減影淚道造影技術(shù)圖片上發(fā)現(xiàn)術(shù)后再溢淚是支架本身阻塞與其它原因引起,其中支架本身阻塞占45.71%；支架以外的阻塞占54.29%：其中淚小管阻塞占2.86%；淚總管阻塞占5.71%；支架位置異常占45.71%。 結(jié)論 鼻淚管支架術(shù)后淚道再阻塞的原因一是支架本身阻塞,二是支架以外的阻塞,包括淚小管、淚總管的阻塞及支架位置異常。
[Abstract]:Purpose. To investigate the causes of lacrimal duct re-obstruction after nasolacrimal duct stent implantation. Method. Digital subtraction lacrimal passage angiography was performed in 70 patients with lacrimal duct obstruction after nasolacrimal duct stent implantation. Results. Digital subtraction lacrimal passage angiography can clearly show the lacrimal passage situation and the position of the stent in patients with recurrent lacrimal tear after nasolacrimal duct stent implantation. Among them, the obstruction of stent itself was 45.71%; that of non-stent obstruction was 54.29; of which, the obstruction of lacrimal canaliculus was 2.86; the common lacrimal duct was 5.71; the abnormal position of stent was 45.71. Conclusion. The reason of lacrimal duct re-obstruction after nasolacrimal duct stenting was that the stent itself was blocked and the obstruction outside the stent, including lacrimal tubules, common lacrimal duct obstruction and abnormal stent position.
