【摘要】：目的:測量近視眼手術人群的角膜直徑，探討不同性別、眼別角膜直徑的差別及角膜直徑與等效球鏡度數(shù)之間的相關性。 方法:對2013年3月—8月來我院近視門診行準分子激光手術的近視眼126例(252眼),男48例96眼)，女78例(156眼),年齡18～45歲(平均年齡24.23±5.35歲),應用德國Zeiss公司的IOL-Master測量角膜直徑[white-to-white（WTW）]距離。對252眼都采用NIDEK RT-2100綜合驗光儀進行主覺驗光,并換算成等效球鏡[Spherical equivalent (SE)]，，按照等效球鏡度數(shù)分成3組：輕度近視(3.00SE≤0.50)、中度近視(6.00SE≤3.00D)、高度近視(SE≤-6.00D)。統(tǒng)計分析此類人群不同性別、眼別之間的角膜直徑有無差別及與等效球鏡度數(shù)之間的相關性。 結果:全部病例角膜直徑平均值為(11.52±0.41)mm，其中男性角膜直徑(11.60±0.35mm)大于女性(11.43±0.36mm)(P=0.009)；右眼平均角膜直徑(11.53±0.40mm)與左眼(11.51±0.42mm)比較無顯著統(tǒng)計學差異(P=0.912)；低度、中度和高度近視者的角膜直徑的平均值分別為11.59mm、11.48mm、11.45mm,角膜直徑與屈光度間呈負相關性（P=0.001），且3組近視患者角膜直徑之間存在顯著統(tǒng)計學差異(P=0.004)。 結論:近視眼手術人群中男性角膜直徑大于女性；近視程度越高，角膜直徑越短。
[Abstract]:Aim: to measure the corneal diameter of myopia patients and to explore the relationship between corneal diameter and equivalent spherical lens. Methods: from March 2013 to August, 126 myopia patients (96 eyes in 48 males and 156 eyes in 78 females) underwent excimer laser surgery in our hospital from March 2013 to August. The mean age was 24.23 鹵5.35 years old (1845 years old). The corneal diameter was measured by IOL-Master of Zeiss Company in Germany. [White-to-whiteboard WTW] distance.
