目的：利用下肢動脈CTA分析中國天津地區(qū)人口胭動脈分支的解剖及變異特點(diǎn),為臨床手術(shù)及介入治療提供影像學(xué)和解剖學(xué)幫助。材料和方法：回顧性分析2009.8至2013.4期間于天津市天津（天和）醫(yī)院放射科行下肢CTA檢查的807例患者的影像資料（男587例,女220例,共計1614支下肢CTA圖像）,中位年齡67歲（18-92歲）,使用VR、MIP等圖像后處理方法觀察入組病例的胭動脈分支及變異情況,總結(jié)胭動脈分支解剖及變異類型,統(tǒng)計各類型的發(fā)生率。測量常見類型胭動脈第1分支開口距脛骨平臺的距離,第1、2分支開口間距以及第1分支與主干間夾角。每個數(shù)據(jù)測量3次并求其平均值。使用SPSS17.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,計數(shù)資料采用卡方檢驗(yàn),計量資料采用t檢驗(yàn)或ANOVA,以P<0.05為差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)果：1)下肢CTA圖像中686例患者為雙側(cè)入組,121例為單側(cè)入組,共計入組支數(shù)為1493支。其中男性1115支,女性378支。686例患者中有624例（90.96%）左右兩側(cè)胭動脈分型相同（兩側(cè)同為Ⅰ型的為611例,89.07%；同為Ⅱ型的4例,0.58%；同為Ⅲ型的9例,1.31%）,62例...
