【摘要】：目的:評價血清endocan與心血管疾病(CVD)的關(guān)聯(lián)性。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Pubmed、Embase、Web of Science、中國知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、萬方、維普、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)(SinoMed),檢索自建庫以來至2017年3月1日發(fā)布的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),提取數(shù)據(jù)后,采用Stata 12軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共13篇研究符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),累計(jì)病例數(shù)1 356例,對照組946例。Meta分析結(jié)果表明,高血壓、冠心病、冠狀動脈(冠脈)血流緩慢患者血清Endocan水平較對照組升高,其合并標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化均數(shù)差值及其95%CI分別為0.69(0.30~1.09)、0.99(0.51~1.39)、0.62(0.45~0.78)(均P0.01)。進(jìn)一步分析,高血壓發(fā)生冠心病的患者血清endocan水平高于單純高血壓患者[0.61(0.30~0.92),P0.01]。結(jié)論:血清endocan水平可能是CVD發(fā)病的危險因素,但其病因關(guān)聯(lián)性仍需隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn)研究進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the relationship between serum endocan and cardiovascular disease (CVD). Methods: the Pubmed,Embase,Web of Science, China knowledge Network (CNKI), Wanfang, Vipp and China Biomedical Literature Service system (SinoMed), were searched by computer to retrieve the relevant literature published from the establishment of the database to March 1, 2017. After extracting the data, Meta analysis was carried out with Stata 12 software. Results: a total of 13 studies met the inclusion criteria, with a cumulative number of 1556 cases and a control group of 946 cases. Meta-analysis showed that the serum Endocan levels in patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease and slow coronary artery flow were higher than those in the control group, and the standardized mean difference and 95%CI were 0.69 (0.30 鈮，
