【摘要】：目的探索益髓補(bǔ)腎方對(duì)惡性血液病患者圍化療期造血功能的影響。方法 100例惡性血液病患者隨機(jī)分為2組,各50例。對(duì)照組和觀察組分別采用常規(guī)西藥治療和益髓補(bǔ)腎方治療。結(jié)果觀察組患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率(4.00%)、血小板(148.62±5.36)×10~9L~(-1)、血紅蛋白(145.69±4.87)g/L、白細(xì)胞(5.36±1.58)×10~9L~(-1)、骨髓抑制恢復(fù)時(shí)間(13.69±3.47)d、臨床癥狀恢復(fù)時(shí)間(5.14±2.69)d均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論益髓補(bǔ)腎方在惡性血液病患者圍化療期間使用,可改善患者造血功能,促進(jìn)病情恢復(fù)。
