【摘要】：高血壓病是心血管內(nèi)科常見病,我國的高血壓患者也已經(jīng)超過3億,可見高血壓病的發(fā)病率之高。高血壓病在單純生物醫(yī)學(xué)模式的時(shí)代,醫(yī)生一般采用單純降壓藥物治療的方法,需要通過藥物治療、飲食控制、體重控制等各種手段,將血壓控制在合理范圍之內(nèi),但成功治療高血壓一直受限,隨著醫(yī)學(xué)由單純的生物醫(yī)學(xué)模式向生物心理社會(huì)醫(yī)學(xué)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,出現(xiàn)了心身疾病這一概念,從心身醫(yī)學(xué)的角度看高血壓就是一種心身疾病,其發(fā)病、發(fā)展和預(yù)后與心理狀況有著密不可分的關(guān)系,血壓升高是抑郁焦慮情緒的軀體化表現(xiàn)。由于高血壓與焦慮抑郁的密切關(guān)系,因此,控制高血壓僅僅關(guān)注降壓藥物治療是不夠的,需要同時(shí)心理治療,即雙心治療。心內(nèi)科醫(yī)師應(yīng)該掌握具備"雙心"理念,更應(yīng)該掌握相應(yīng)技能,以達(dá)到心臟與心理的和諧統(tǒng)一,多層面綜合改善高血壓患者的預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Hypertension is a common disease in cardiovascular medicine, and there are more than 300 million hypertension patients in our country, so the incidence of hypertension is very high. In the era of simple biomedicine, doctors usually use simple antihypertensive drugs to control blood pressure within a reasonable range through various means such as drug therapy, diet control, weight control, and so on. However, the successful treatment of hypertension has always been limited. With the transformation of medicine from a simple biomedical model to a bio-psycho-social medical model, the concept of psychosomatic disease has emerged. From the point of view of psychosomatic medicine, hypertension is a psychosomatic disease. The onset, development and prognosis of the disease are closely related to the psychological status, and the increase of blood pressure is the somatization of depression and anxiety. Because of the close relationship between hypertension and anxiety and depression, it is not enough to control hypertension by paying attention to antihypertensive drug therapy, and it needs simultaneous psychotherapy, that is, double-heart therapy. Cardiologists should master the idea of "two hearts", and also master the corresponding skills, so as to achieve the harmony of heart and psychology, and improve the prognosis of patients with hypertension.
