【摘要】：正患者,男,50歲,2016年4月20日無明顯誘因晨起自覺發(fā)熱,無畏寒,伴頭暈,無頭痛,無視物旋轉(zhuǎn)、惡心嘔吐,無咳嗽、咳痰,無咽痛、鼻塞、流涕、全身酸痛乏力,無皮疹、瘀斑,無四肢關(guān)節(jié)腫痛,就診當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)診所,測體溫39℃,予治療后(具體不詳),療效不佳,2016年4月23日就診我院急診科,查血常規(guī):白細(xì)胞:
