乙醛脫氫酶2活性水平與冠心病的相關(guān)性研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression of plasma ALDH2 in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group, angina pectoris group and normal control group by double antibody one step sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). To analyze the relationship between ALDH2 and coronary heart disease (CHD) and the relationship between ALDH2 and severity of coronary artery disease. Methods: from March 2015 to October 2016, 217 patients with chest pain, chest tightness and other symptoms of coronary artery disease were admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, including 158 males. There were 82 females and 31 normal controls, including 19 males and 12 females, with an average age of 64.41 鹵9.0 years. There were 82 patients with angina pectoris, including 54 males and 28 females, with an average age of 63.84 鹵9.24 years. There were 104 patients in acute myocardial infarction group, including 64 males and 40 females with an average age of 64.72 鹵9.62. According to the number of coronary lesion branches and the sum of calculated Gensini scores, they were divided into several subgroups. The severity of coronary lesions was evaluated by the number of coronary lesion branches and the Gensini score among the subgroups, that is, according to the Gensini score, they were divided into mild coronary lesion group and moderate coronary lesion group. In severe group, coronary artery lesion was divided into single vessel lesion, double vessel lesion and three vessel lesion. Double antibody one step sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),) was used to determine the absorbance (OD) value at 450nm wavelength and to calculate the ALDH2 level of the sample. Results: 1the results of ALDH2 in acute myocardial infarction group, angina pectoris group and normal control group were 3.44 鹵1.53 鹵4.08 鹵1.85 鹵7.32 鹵0.34 U / L, respectively. The expression of ALDH2 was the lowest in AMI group, the highest in normal control group, followed by angina pectoris group. There was statistical difference between the AMI group and the normal control group (P value 0.05), and the angina pectoris group and the control group also had statistical significance (P value 0.05). However, there was no significant difference between AMI and angina pectoris. The results of 2.ALDH2 and coronary artery disease showed that the level of ALDH2 in three vessel lesions was higher than that in the other two groups, but there was a significant difference among the three groups. There was no significant difference between 3.ALDH2 and severity of coronary artery disease. The results showed that the ALDH2 level of the patients with severe lesions was the lowest, moderate, moderate. The results of 4.ALDH2 multiple linear regression analysis showed that hypertension and HDL of coronary heart disease had influence on the expression of ALDH2, and the difference was statistically significant. Univariate analysis showed that the levels of HDL and ALDH2 were correlated with the incidence of coronary heart disease in patients with coronary heart disease including AMI, angina pectoris group and experimental subjects (P 0.05), but had no statistical significance with other general indexes. Conclusion: the expression of 1.ALDH2 in angina pectoris group and acute myocardial infarction group is significantly lower than that in normal control group, suggesting that ALDH2 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. The level of 2.ALDH2 is negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease. The level of 3.ALDH2 is related to the number of coronary artery disease branches. 4. The expression level of 3.ALDH2 in angina pectoris group and acute myocardial infarction group is significantly lower than that in normal control group. The results suggest that HDL and ALDH2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease.
