【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建一個(gè)適用于勞動(dòng)力人群的冠心病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型,促進(jìn)企業(yè)健康管理由健康問題發(fā)現(xiàn)向疾病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估轉(zhuǎn)變。方法參考Framingham冠心病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型的建模思想,基于大型石油企業(yè)員工健康體檢數(shù)據(jù),建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素賦分系統(tǒng),評(píng)估未來10年冠心病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概率。結(jié)果建立了勞動(dòng)力人群冠心病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素賦值體系和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)得分與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概率的對(duì)照關(guān)系表,并評(píng)估了50 011名員工和25個(gè)單位未來10年的冠心病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。結(jié)論模型具有較好的準(zhǔn)確性、人群針對(duì)性和簡單易用性,可作為大型石油企業(yè)員工冠心病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)測工具推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct a risk assessment model for coronary heart disease (CHD) in labor force, and to promote the change of health management from health problem discovery to disease risk assessment. Methods referring to the modeling idea of Framingham coronary heart disease risk assessment model, based on the health examination data of large petroleum enterprises, a risk factor scoring system was established to evaluate the risk probability of coronary heart disease in the next 10 years. Results the assignment system of coronary heart disease (CHD) risk factors and the correlation between risk score and risk probability were established and the risk of coronary heart disease (CHD) in 50 011 employees and 25 units in the next 10 years was evaluated. Conclusion the model has good accuracy, population pertinence and easy to use. It can be used as a tool for evaluating the risk of coronary heart disease in large petroleum enterprises.
