【摘要】：目的探討冠心病合并糖尿病患者循環(huán)血微小RNA(miRNA)指標(biāo)及血管內(nèi)皮功能指標(biāo)的檢測(cè)價(jià)值。方法選取70例冠心病合并糖尿病患者為A組、70例單純冠心病患者為B組、70例單純糖尿病患者為C組及70名健康人員為D組,檢測(cè)4組研究對(duì)象的循環(huán)血miRNA指標(biāo)及血管內(nèi)皮功能指標(biāo),同時(shí)比較A及B組中不同分型者的檢測(cè)結(jié)果,A及C組中不同糖化血紅蛋白水平者的檢測(cè)結(jié)果。結(jié)果A組的循環(huán)血miRNA-20a及miRNA-133均低于其他3組,B及C組則低于D組。A組的循環(huán)血miRNA-126及miRNA-19a高于其他3組,B及C組則均高于D組。A組血管內(nèi)皮功能相關(guān)指標(biāo)均高于其他3組,B組及C組則均高于D組,且A與B組中不同分型者、A與C組中不同糖化血紅蛋白水平者的檢測(cè)結(jié)果也存在顯著性差異(P均0.05)。結(jié)論冠心病合并糖尿病患者的循環(huán)血miRNA指標(biāo)及血管內(nèi)皮功能指標(biāo)均明顯異常,其對(duì)于冠心病和糖尿病的診治均有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of microvascular RNA (miRNA) and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected as group A, 70 patients with simple coronary heart disease as group B, 70 patients with simple diabetes mellitus as group C and 70 healthy persons as group D. The indexes of circulating blood miRNA and vascular endothelial function were measured in the four groups. The results of different types of hemoglobin in group A and B, and the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin in group A and C were compared at the same time. Results the circulating blood miRNA-20a and miRNA-133 in group A were lower than those in the other three groups, and those in group B and C were lower than those in group D. the circulating blood miRNA-126 and miRNA-19a in group A were higher than those in the other three groups, and those in group B and C were higher than those in group D. the relative indexes of vascular endothelial function in group A were higher than those in group D. Group B and group C were higher than group D. There was also a significant difference in the detection results between the patients with different types of hemoglobin in group A and group B and those with different levels of glycosylated hemoglobin in group A and group C (P 0.05). Conclusion the indexes of circulating blood miRNA and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus are obviously abnormal, which has certain guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.
