【摘要】：【目的】研究冠心病人群血清補體C3、C4及高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)水平并分析補體C3、C4與HDL-C在冠心病人群中的相關性。【方法】收集2015年12月至2016年07月于中山大學孫逸仙紀念醫(yī)院心血管內(nèi)科住院經(jīng)冠狀動脈造影明確診斷為冠心病的患者共251例,另外收集同期我院博濟醫(yī)療中心健康體檢者214例。冠心病患者分為急性冠脈綜合征組180例及穩(wěn)定性冠心病組71例。各指標采用中山大學孫逸仙紀念醫(yī)院檢驗科檢驗的結果�！窘Y果】(1)急性冠脈綜合征組、穩(wěn)定性冠心病組及健康體檢者組的補體C3、C4及HDL-C水平比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。(2)在急性冠脈綜合征及穩(wěn)定性冠心病組中補體C3、C4與HDL-C無明顯相關(P0.05),在健康體檢者組中,補體C3與HDL-C成負相關,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.05)�！窘Y論】冠心病患者補體C3、C4水平升高,HDL水平下降,而炎癥活動可能影響補體與HDL-C的相關性。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the levels of complement C _ 3C _ 4 and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in patients with coronary heart disease and to analyze the correlation between complement C _ 3C _ 4 and HDL-C in coronary heart disease population. [methods] Sun of Sun Yat-sen University from December 2015 to July 2016 was collected. In the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Yixian Memorial Hospital, 251 cases of coronary heart disease were diagnosed by coronary angiography. In addition, 214 cases of Boji Medical Center health examination in the same period were collected. Patients with coronary heart disease were divided into acute coronary syndrome group (n = 180) and stable coronary heart disease group (n = 71). The results of laboratory examination of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University, Sun Yat-sen University were used. [results] (1) the levels of complement C _ 3N _ 4 and HDL-C in patients with acute coronary syndrome, stable coronary heart disease and healthy persons were compared. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). (2) in acute coronary syndrome and stable coronary heart disease group there was no significant correlation between complement C _ 3C _ 4 and HDL-C (P0.05), in the healthy controls, complement C _ 3 was negatively correlated with HDL-C. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). [conclusion] the level of complement C _ 3N _ 4 increased and the level of HDL decreased in patients with coronary heart disease, while inflammation may affect the correlation between complement and HDL-C.
