【摘要】：Wellens綜合征是一組以心電圖T波對(duì)稱性深倒置或正負(fù)雙向性改變或演變?yōu)橹?通常不伴ST-T改變的高危不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛。Wellens綜合征典型表現(xiàn)為胸痛發(fā)作時(shí)心電圖正常,在胸痛緩解期間,心電圖V_2~V_5導(dǎo)聯(lián)T波呈對(duì)稱性倒置或正負(fù)雙向性改變,極易導(dǎo)致漏診、誤診。
[Abstract]:Wellens syndrome is a group of high risk unstable angina pectoris, which is characterized by deep inversion of T wave symmetry or positive or negative bidirectional changes or evolution, usually without ST-T changes. The typical manifestation of high risk angina pectoris is normal electrocardiogram (ECG) during chest pain attack. During the relief of chest pain, T wave of V_2~V_5 leads to symmetry inversion or positive or negative bidirectional changes, which can easily lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
