【摘要】：目的分析山東省高血壓患者服藥行為及其影響因素,為高血壓的控制和管理提供依據(jù)。方法利用2013年第五次國家衛(wèi)生服務(wù)調(diào)查山東省數(shù)據(jù)對省內(nèi)高血壓患者的服藥行為進(jìn)行描述,用廣義估計(jì)方程克服整群抽樣的聚集性,分析影響其服藥行為的因素。結(jié)果山東省高血壓患者調(diào)查抽樣人數(shù)為4 772人,每天按醫(yī)囑服藥的人數(shù)比例為71.00%。農(nóng)村患者(OR=0.547)、在業(yè)患者(OR=0.655)不容易做到每天按醫(yī)囑服藥,60歲及以上老年人(OR=1.557)、人均年收入12 500元及以上的患者(OR=1.482)容易做到每天按醫(yī)囑服藥。結(jié)論針對以上影響因素,在客觀因素不能改變的前提下,降低農(nóng)村、低收入及老年患者的用藥負(fù)擔(dān),增強(qiáng)其用藥就醫(yī)可及性,在業(yè)患者養(yǎng)成良好的作息規(guī)律和用藥習(xí)慣,從而有效控制血壓,減少并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the drug taking behavior and its influencing factors of hypertension patients in Shandong Province, and to provide evidence for the control and management of hypertension. Methods the data of the Fifth National Health Service Survey of Shandong Province in 2013 were used to describe the drug taking behavior of hypertension patients in Shandong Province. The generalized estimation equation was used to overcome the clustering of cluster sampling and to analyze the factors affecting the drug taking behavior. Results the sampling number of hypertension patients in Shandong Province was 4 772, and the proportion of people taking medicine according to doctor's orders was 71. 00%. Rural patients (OR=0.547) and employed patients (OR=0.655) were not easy to take medicine per day (OR=1.557). Patients with annual income of RMB 12,500 and above (OR=1.482) were easy to take medicine daily. Conclusion in view of the above influencing factors, under the premise of immutable objective factors, the burden of drug use in rural areas, low income patients and elderly patients should be reduced, and their access to medicine should be enhanced. In order to effectively control blood pressure, reduce the occurrence of complications.
