【摘要】：淋巴細胞功能相關抗原-3(LFA-3/CD58)是細胞表面的一種糖蛋白,它與T淋巴細胞及自然殺傷(NK)細胞表面的CD2分子結合后可激活淋巴細胞的共刺激信號通路,從而使細胞毒性T淋巴細胞(CTL)或NK細胞最大限度地發(fā)揮對靶細胞的殺傷作用。有研究證實,在急性淋巴細胞白血病(ALL)和淋巴瘤中腫瘤細胞表面CD58分子表達減少或者缺失,有可能導致T淋巴細胞或自然殺傷(NK)細胞活化失敗,無法有效地發(fā)揮殺傷作用,使腫瘤細胞逃避淋巴細胞的免疫監(jiān)視,從而導致病情變得更加復雜,易于復發(fā)。本文旨在論述腫瘤細胞表面CD58分子的結構、生物學特點及其與急性淋巴細胞白血病和淋巴瘤的關系。
[Abstract]:The lymphocyte function related antigen -3 (LFA-3/CD58) is a glycoprotein on the surface of the cell. It combines with the CD2 molecules on the surface of T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells to activate the co stimulation signal pathway of the lymphocyte, so that the cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) or NK cells can maximize the killing effect on the target cells. It has been proved that the expression of CD58 molecules on the surface of the tumor cells in ALL and lymphoma is reduced or missing, which may lead to the failure of T lymphocyte or natural killer (NK) cell activation, and can not play an effective role in killing the tumor cells, causing the tumor cells to escape the immune surveillance of the lymphocytes, thus causing the disease to become more complex. This paper aims to discuss the structure and biological characteristics of CD58 molecules on the surface of tumor cells and its relationship with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoma.
