【摘要】：我國高血壓病防治形勢非常嚴(yán)峻,及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的了解血壓狀況,進(jìn)行早期干預(yù),才能有效控制高血壓病的發(fā)展,延緩心腦血管等并發(fā)癥的進(jìn)程。從2006年動(dòng)態(tài)動(dòng)脈硬化指數(shù)被提出至今,其與高血壓病相關(guān)性的研究日益深入。筆者從動(dòng)態(tài)動(dòng)脈硬化指數(shù)與高血壓病患者靶器官損害、降壓治療、中醫(yī)證型等方面近5年的研究進(jìn)展入手,探討動(dòng)態(tài)動(dòng)脈硬化指數(shù)與高血壓病及中醫(yī)脈診的相關(guān)性,并對進(jìn)一步開展高血壓病脈診研究的方向提出自己的看法。
[Abstract]:The situation of prevention and treatment of hypertension in our country is very severe. It is only by timely and accurate understanding of blood pressure and early intervention that the development of hypertension can be effectively controlled and the process of complications such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases can be delayed.Since the dynamic arteriosclerosis index was put forward in 2006, the relationship between dynamic arteriosclerosis index and hypertension has been studied more and more deeply.Based on the research progress of dynamic arteriosclerosis index and target organ damage, hypotension therapy, TCM syndrome type and so on in recent 5 years, the relationship between dynamic arteriosclerosis index and hypertension and pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine was discussed.And put forward their own views on the direction of further research on pulse diagnosis of hypertension.
