【摘要】：正在國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(項(xiàng)目編號(hào):91339117,81130002)等的資助下,香港中文大學(xué)深圳研究院黃聿教授與天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)朱毅教授的研究團(tuán)隊(duì)聯(lián)合攻關(guān),在動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化形成機(jī)制方面的研究取得突破性進(jìn)展,相關(guān)研究成果以"Integrin-YAP/TAZ-JNK cascade mediates atheroprotective effect of unidirectional shear flow(整合素-YAP/TAZ-JNK級(jí)聯(lián)反應(yīng)調(diào)控單向剪切流的抗動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化作用研究)"為題于2016年12月7日在Nature在線發(fā)表,并配發(fā)了述評(píng)。該成果在預(yù)防和治療血管炎癥及動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化方面具有重大醫(yī)學(xué)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Project No.: 91339117, 81130002), Professor Huang Yu of the Shenzhen Research Institute of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Professor Zhu Yi of Tianjin Medical University are working together to tackle the key problems. Breakthrough progress has been made in the study of the mechanism of atherosclerosis, The results of the study were published online in Nature on December 7th 2016, with the topic of "Integrin-YAP/TAZ-JNK cascade mediates atheroprotective effect of unidirectional shear flow" ("Integrin-YAP/TAZ-JNK cascade mediates atheroprotective effect of unidirectional shear flow"), in which the integrin-YAP-TAZ-JNK cascade regulated the anti-atherosclerosis effect of unidirectional shear flow. The results are of great medical value in the prevention and treatment of vascular inflammation and atherosclerosis.
