【摘要】：目的:研究高尿酸血癥對急性心肌梗死(AMI)預后的影響。方法:對連續(xù)收集的新疆醫(yī)科大學第二附屬醫(yī)院住院的122例AMI患者根據(jù)血尿酸水平分為兩組:正常血尿酸組(91)和高尿酸血癥組(31),分析兩組的臨床特征及基線水平,比較影像學結果,再入院率,再發(fā)不良心血管事件以及死亡率的不同,以探討高尿酸血癥對急性心肌梗死預后的影響。結果:1、高尿酸血癥組無論是合并陳舊性心梗的比例,還是合并高血壓的比例,均顯著高于正常血尿酸組(P0.05)。在心功能分級上,高尿酸血癥組明顯高于正常血尿酸組(P0.05)。2、高尿酸血癥組室壁節(jié)段運動異常比例高于正常血尿酸組(P0.05),高尿酸血癥組在左室收縮末徑以及左室舒張末徑均大于正常血尿酸組(P0.05)�；颊吖诿}狹窄程度無明顯統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),高尿酸血癥組多支病變比例高于正常血尿酸組(P0.05)。3、半年內再入院和再發(fā)心血管不良事件和正常血尿酸組相比無明顯統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。但是,高尿酸血癥患者半年內死亡率較高(P0.05)。結論:高尿酸血癥與AMI的不良預后有一定關系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of hyperuricemia on acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: one hundred and twenty-two consecutive AMI patients in the second affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were divided into two groups according to the level of uric acid: normal uric acid group (91) and hyperuricemia group (1). 31). The clinical characteristics and baseline level of the two groups were analyzed, and the differences of imaging results, readmission rate, recurrent adverse cardiovascular events and mortality were compared. To investigate the effect of hyperuricemia on the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction. In cardiac function grade, hyperuricemia group was significantly higher than normal blood uric acid group (P 0.05). The abnormal rate of ventricular wall motion in hyperuricemia group was higher than that in normal blood uric acid group (P0.05). The left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in hyperuricemia group were higher than those in normal blood uric acid group (P 0.05). The proportion of multivessel lesions in hyperuricemia group was higher than that in normal blood uric acid group (P0.050.3.). There was no significant difference between readmission and recurrent cardiovascular adverse events in half a year compared with normal uric acid group (P 0.05). The mortality of patients with hyperuricemia within half a year was higher than that of P0.050.Conclusion: hyperuricemia is related to the poor prognosis of AMI.
