背景和目的炎癥性腸�。╥nflammatory bowel disease, IBD）是一組病因未明的非特異性腸道炎癥性疾病,包括潰瘍性結腸炎（ulcerative colitis, UC）和克羅恩�。–rohn’s disease, CD）。近二十余年來,隨著人們生活方式的變化和診斷水平的提高,國內炎癥性腸病的發(fā)病率有逐年上升的趨勢。疾病是處于活動期還是靜止期直接關系到疾病的正確治療。IBD臨床表現復雜多變,診斷缺乏特異性的指標,而且常因對病情活動的判斷不準確而延誤治療。目前臨床評價IBD活動與否主要通過臨床癥狀、實驗室生化指標、內鏡下的表現及病理等綜合判斷。其中C-反應蛋白（CRP）幾乎全部由肝臟產生,短時間內（數小時）即可升高,而機體一旦恢復,CRP又迅速恢復正常（6～7d）。CRP可及時而敏感地反映炎癥活動,是目前臨床最為推崇的IBD活動性指標之一。另外,各國專家針對IBD制定出疾病活動指數（disease activity index）,對疾病的活動性進行量化處理,從而更客觀準確地反映疾病的活動性,幫助臨床醫(yī)師作出正確的醫(yī)療決策。評價UC活動度常采用Southerland疾病...
