鹽酸小檗堿對高脂飲食誘導的非酒精性脂肪性肝病大鼠腸道菌群的影響
[Abstract]:Aim to observe the effect of berberine hydrochloride on intestinal flora in (NAFLD) rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease induced by high fat diet. Methods 18 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal diet group (normal control group), high fat diet induced NAFLD group (NAFLD group) and high fat diet induced NAFLD berberine intervention group (berberine intervention group), with 6 rats in each group. 16SrRNA sequence analysis was used to study the changes of intestinal microflora and histological changes of liver and ileum in three groups. Results the intestinal microflora of the three groups of rats was mainly distributed in the myxomycetes and the thick-walled fungi. Compared with the normal control group, the proportion of thick-walled bacteria in NAFLD group was significantly higher (P0.05), while the proportion of mycorrhizal bacteria and the proportion of beneficial lactic acid bacteria were significantly decreased (P0.01). Compared with NAFLD group, the percentage of thick-walled bacteria in berberine intervention group decreased significantly (P0.01), and the proportion of mycorrhizal bacteria and the proportion of lactic acid bacteria of beneficial bacteria increased significantly in berberine intervention group (P0.01). Liver histological examination showed that normal liver cells were arranged in normal control group, fat droplets and inflammatory cells were not seen in NAFLD group, fatty degeneration appeared in liver tissue of normal control group, hepatic cell arrangement was disordered compared with normal control group, and there was no fat drop and inflammatory cell infiltration in liver tissue of normal control group. Steatosis was found in the liver tissue of the berberine intervention group, but the degree of steatosis was less than that of the NAFLD group. The histological examination of the ileum showed that the villi of the ileum of the normal control group were arranged orderly, compact and the surface structure was intact, and the villi of the ileum of the NAFLD group were broken, missing and the gap widened. The villi of ileum of berberine intervention group were neatly arranged and broken, and the deletion was less than that of NAFLD group. Conclusion berberine can improve NAFLD, induced by high fat diet and its mechanism may be related to changing the structure of intestinal flora and reducing intestinal mucosal damage induced by high fat diet.
