【摘要】：目的探討血必凈注射液對(duì)重癥急性胰腺炎(SAP)的臨床療效及對(duì)患者細(xì)胞免疫功能的影響。方法 64例SAP患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,每組各32例,對(duì)照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)治療,試驗(yàn)組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用血必凈注射液100 m L靜脈滴注,bid,7 d為一個(gè)療程。觀察臨床癥狀、實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)恢復(fù)正常的時(shí)間,統(tǒng)計(jì)中轉(zhuǎn)手術(shù)率、病死率,并觀察并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。治療前后評(píng)估APACHEⅡ評(píng)分,檢測(cè)T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群、NK T淋巴細(xì)胞水平。結(jié)果對(duì)照組中轉(zhuǎn)手術(shù)治療3例,試驗(yàn)組1例。與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組體溫、血及尿淀粉酶恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間、腹痛腹脹消失時(shí)間、首次排便時(shí)間和病程均縮短(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者APACHEⅡ評(píng)分均下降(P0.05),CD4+T細(xì)胞、CD8+T細(xì)胞、CD4+/CD8+及NK T細(xì)胞水平均增高(P0.05),試驗(yàn)組改善幅度大于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。對(duì)照組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率(28%,9/32)高于試驗(yàn)組(6%,2/32,P0.05),對(duì)照組死亡1例,試驗(yàn)組無。結(jié)論常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用血必凈注射液,可改善SAP患者臨床癥狀和實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)、縮短病程、減少并發(fā)癥發(fā)生,增強(qiáng)患者細(xì)胞免疫功能可能為其作用機(jī)制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection on (SAP) in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) and its effect on cellular immune function.
