生物反饋訓(xùn)練治療功能性便秘效果觀察

【摘要】:目的觀察生物反饋訓(xùn)練治療功能性便秘的療效。方法將46例功能性便秘患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各23例,分別給予聚乙二醇4000口服、生物反饋訓(xùn)練治療,4周后采用結(jié)腸傳輸試驗(yàn)觀察結(jié)腸通過(guò)情況,采用肌電圖儀檢測(cè)腹部肌群和肛門外括約肌肌電3 s收縮幅度(FSC)、10 s收縮幅度(10SC)、10 s松弛壓力(10SR)、凈壓力(net),并評(píng)價(jià)臨床療效。結(jié)果觀察組治療后腸道標(biāo)志物排出率較對(duì)照組升高,腹部肌群肌和肛門外括約肌FSC、10SC、net水平升高,10SR水平降低(P均0.05);觀察組臨床總有效率為91.3%,對(duì)照組為65.22%,兩組比較P0.05。結(jié)論生物反饋訓(xùn)練治療能夠明顯改善功能性便秘患者的臨床癥狀,提高治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of biofeedback training on functional constipation. Methods 46 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 23) and observation group (n = 23). They were treated with polyethylene glycol 4000 orally and treated with biofeedback training. After 4 weeks, colonic transit test was used to observe the colonic passage. The 3 s contraction amplitude (10SC), 10 s relaxation pressure (10SR) and net pressure (net),) of the abdominal muscle and external sphincter were measured by electromyography (EMG). The clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results after treatment, the excretion rate of intestinal markers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the FSC,10SC,net level of the abdominal muscles and the external sphincter of the anus was increased, and the level of 10SR was lower than that of the control group (all P 0.05). The total clinical effective rate was 91.3 in the observation group and 65.22 in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion biofeedback training therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional constipation.
