【摘要】：目的探討T2DM合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)血糖波動(dòng)與非酒精性脂肪性肝病肝纖維化評(píng)分(NAFLDFS)的相關(guān)性。方法根據(jù)NAFLDFS結(jié)果將107例T2DM合并NAFLD患者分為肝纖維化低危組(NAFLDFS0.676)和肝纖維化組(NAFLDFS≥0.676),比較兩組間血糖波動(dòng)等指標(biāo),并行Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果兩組病程、BMI、WC、WHR、HbA1c、HDL-C及平均血糖波動(dòng)幅度(MAGE)比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或P0.01)。Logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),MAGE是NAFLDFS的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(OR=2.108,95%CI:1.088~4.085)。結(jié)論T2DM合并NAFLD患者M(jìn)AGE與NAFLDFS獨(dú)立相關(guān)。
