【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)與分析復(fù)方大承氣湯聯(lián)合西藥治療重癥急性胰腺炎療效與安全性。方法:選擇本院2010年5月—2013年5月所收治的80例重癥急性胰腺炎患者,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分組為觀察組和對(duì)照組。對(duì)照組:采用采用西藥烏司他丁治療。觀察組:烏司他丁聯(lián)合復(fù)方大承氣湯治療。觀察兩組患者治療前、后病情評(píng)分、實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)恢復(fù)時(shí)間及臨床癥狀、體征恢復(fù)時(shí)間、臨床療效、不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果:治療前,兩組患者APACHEII評(píng)分比較(P0.05);治療3d、7 d、14 d后,觀察組APACHEII評(píng)分分別為為(6.98±1.23)分、(5.54±1.01)分、(4.47±0.69)分,對(duì)照組則分別為(7.01±1.21)分、(6.28±1.12)分、(5.53±0.78)分;與治療前比較(P0.05);治療3 d后,兩組APACHEII評(píng)分比較(P0.05);治療5 d和10 d后,兩組APACHEII評(píng)分比較(P0.05)。兩組患者實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)恢復(fù)時(shí)間及臨床癥狀、體征恢復(fù)時(shí)間、臨床療效、不良反應(yīng)比較(P0.05)。結(jié)論:相比單純西藥烏司他丁來(lái)說(shuō),采用烏司他丁聯(lián)合復(fù)方大承氣湯治療重癥急性胰腺炎具有更好的效果,且不良反應(yīng)少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate and analyze the efficacy and safety of compound Dachengqi decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2013 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. The control group was treated with ulinastatin. Observation group: ulinastatin combined with compound Dachengqi decoction treatment. Before and after treatment, the scores, the recovery time of laboratory indexes and clinical symptoms, the recovery time of physical signs, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results: before treatment, the APACHEII scores of the two groups were compared (P0.05), and the APACHEII scores of the observation group were (6.98 鹵1.23), (5.54 鹵1.01), (4.47 鹵0.69), respectively, and those of the control group were (7.01 鹵1.21), (6.28 鹵1.12), (5.53 鹵0.78), respectively, after 3 days of treatment (P0.05). The APACHEII scores of the two groups were compared (P0.05), and after 5 days and 10 days of treatment, the APACHEII scores of the two groups were compared (P0.05). The recovery time of laboratory indexes and clinical symptoms, physical signs, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: ulinastatin combined with compound Dachengqi decoction is more effective and has less adverse reactions than ulinastatin in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
