【摘要】：目的:觀察自擬半夏瀉心湯加味輔助吸入抗膽堿氣霧劑治療胃食管反流相關(guān)性支氣管哮喘的療效。方法:選取2013年5月—2015年5月三亞市中醫(yī)院收治的經(jīng)確診為胃食管反流相關(guān)性支氣管哮喘患者82例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,各41例。對(duì)照組患者給予抗膽堿氣霧劑常規(guī)對(duì)癥治療,觀察組患者在對(duì)照組患者治療的基礎(chǔ)上接受自擬半夏瀉心湯加味治療。比較治療前后兩組患者胃食管反流癥狀評(píng)分、支氣管哮喘控制評(píng)分、肺功能、以及中醫(yī)證候療效。結(jié)果:治療后,觀察組患者胃食管反流癥狀評(píng)分與治療前比較顯著下降(P0.01);觀察組患者胃食管反流癥狀評(píng)分顯著低于同期對(duì)照組(P0.01);兩組患者支氣管哮喘控制評(píng)分均較治療前改善(P0.01),觀察組患者較同期對(duì)照組改善更加顯著(P0.01);兩組患者的第1秒用力呼氣容積占預(yù)計(jì)值百分比(FEV1%)和最大呼氣流速占預(yù)計(jì)值百分比(PEV%)均較治療前顯著上升(P0.01),觀察組患者較同期對(duì)照組上升更加顯著(P0.01)。治療8周后,觀察組中醫(yī)證候療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:半夏瀉心湯加味輔助吸入抗膽堿氣霧劑治療胃食管反流相關(guān)性支氣管哮喘患者的臨床療效顯著,能有效改善患者胃食管反流癥狀,有效控制哮喘,改善患者肺功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction (Banxia Xiexin decoction) on gastroesophageal reflux associated bronchial asthma (GERB). Methods: from May 2013 to May 2015, 82 patients with gastroesophageal reflux associated bronchial asthma admitted in Sanya Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with anticholine aerosol and the patients in the observation group were treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. To compare the scores of gastroesophageal reflux symptom, bronchial asthma control score, pulmonary function and TCM syndromes before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, The scores of gastroesophageal reflux symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.01), and the scores of bronchial asthma control were improved in both groups (P0.01), and the scores of gastroesophageal reflux symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.01). The percentage of forced expiratory volume (FEV1%) and maximum expiratory flow rate (PEV%) in both groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.01), and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P0.01), and the percentage of forced expiratory volume (FEV1%) and maximum expiratory flow rate (PEV%) in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P0.01). Compared with the control group, the increase was more significant (P0.01). After 8 weeks of treatment, the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Banxia Xiexin decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux, control asthma and improve the pulmonary function of patients with gastroesophageal reflux associated bronchial asthma.
