【摘要】：血管生成素(Ang)是一族選擇性作用于血管內(nèi)皮的分泌型血管生長因子。Ang-1、Ang-2是Ang家族的成員,是特征性的血管生長因子,與機(jī)體的炎癥反應(yīng)及免疫功能密切相關(guān)。Ang-2與Ang-1的結(jié)構(gòu)差別在于氨基端的卷曲螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)域與羧基端的纖維蛋白樣結(jié)構(gòu)域交界處,前者比后者少了一個半胱氨酸,從而導(dǎo)致二者的生物學(xué)作用截然不同。當(dāng)機(jī)體發(fā)生急性重癥胰腺炎時,外周血Ang-2水平明顯升高,在判斷急性胰腺炎的嚴(yán)重程度、器官功能衰竭的發(fā)生及預(yù)后評估等方面具有重要價值。而Ang-1具有抗炎及改善血管滲漏作用,或許可作為炎癥反應(yīng)治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)。隨著對Ang研究的深入,未來其在臨床中的應(yīng)用價值將會更大。
[Abstract]:Angiopoietin (Ang) is a group of secretory vascular growth factors.Ang-1 that selectively acts on vascular endothelium. Ang-2 is a member of the Ang family. It is a characteristic vascular growth factor. It is closely related to the inflammatory response and immune function of the body. The structural difference between.Ang-2 and Ang-1 lies in the curl spiral domain and the carboxyl end fibers of the amino terminal. At the junction of the protein like domain, the former is less one cysteine than the latter, which leads to a distinct biological effect of the two. In the case of severe acute pancreatitis, the level of Ang-2 in the peripheral blood is significantly higher. It is of great value in judging the severity of acute pancreatitis, the occurrence of organ dysfunction and the evaluation of the prognosis. And Ang-1 has the potential for anti-inflammatory and improved vascular leakage or as a potential target for the treatment of inflammatory reactions. With the in-depth study of Ang, the future of its clinical application will be greater.
