【摘要】：對于"吃柿子得結石"的觀點,本文對現有柿結石患者的癥狀特點、治療方法及柿結石可能的形成機制進行了歸納和總結,并利用多酚—蛋白質相互作用機制對現有觀點進行了分析,發(fā)現"吃柿子得結石"的觀點與現有理論有許多沖突之處。指出通過進一步科學實驗探明柿結石的本質,明確柿結石與食用柿子之間的關系非常必要。只有科學認識柿結石,糾正關于食用柿子的傳統偏見和誤解,才能指導大眾科學合理地食用柿果及柿子產品,充分發(fā)揮柿果的營養(yǎng)作用,促進我國柿子產業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:According to the viewpoint of "eating persimmon stone", this paper summarizes the symptom characteristics, treatment methods and possible formation mechanism of persimmon stone in present persimmon stone patients. By using the mechanism of polyphenol-protein interaction, it is found that there are many conflicts between the view of "eating persimmon stone" and the existing theory. It is pointed out that it is necessary to clarify the relationship between stone and edible persimmon stone by further scientific experiment. Only when we know the stone of persimmon scientifically and correct the traditional prejudice and misunderstanding about eating persimmon can we guide the masses to eat persimmon fruit and persimmon products scientifically and reasonably, give full play to the nutritive function of persimmon and promote the healthy development of persimmon industry in our country.
