【摘要】：正門靜脈瘤(portal vein aneurysm,PVA)是門靜脈系統(tǒng)的梭形或瘤樣擴(kuò)張,臨床罕見(jiàn),治療以外科手術(shù)為主。本中心采用TIPS術(shù)治療門靜脈分叉部門靜脈瘤1例,術(shù)后門靜脈瘤逐漸縮小消失,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。臨床資料患者男,48歲。以"感染乙肝15年,反復(fù)消化道出血6個(gè)月"為主訴入院。5年前,因上消化道出血曾行脾切除斷流術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Portal vein tumor (vein) is a spindle-like or tumor-like dilatation of the portal vein system. A case of portal vein bifurcation was treated with tips. The portal vein tumor was gradually reduced and disappeared after operation. The present report is as follows. The patient was 48 years old. "15 years of infection with hepatitis B, 6 months of repeated gastrointestinal bleeding" was the main complaint. 5 years ago, because of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, splenectomy and disconnection were performed.
