    前言：研究背景 健康相關(guān)生存質(zhì)量(health related quality of life,HRQOL)是一個多維的概念,包括生理、心理和社會功能,是患者對自身健康狀況和健康對日常生活影響的主觀體驗指標(biāo)。炎癥性腸病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是消化系統(tǒng)的慢性病,包括潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)和克羅恩病(Crohn s disease,CD)。IBD多發(fā)于青年人,病程冗長,長期的腸道和全身癥狀勢必影響到患者的情感和社會功能。近年來,國外有關(guān)IBD患者HRQOL的研究很多,其中,評價量表尤其是疾病特異量表的研制是一項重要內(nèi)容。測量IBD患者HRQOL的疾病特異量表有許多版本,其中以加拿大學(xué)者Irvine等于1989年研制的炎癥性腸病生存質(zhì)量問卷(inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire,IBDQ)最為常用,其量表的信效度評價也最為完整。IBDQ曾先后被翻譯和修訂為多種語言,均被證實信效度較好。國內(nèi)僅Leong等于2003年修訂了該問卷的香港中文版,由于地域、經(jīng)濟、文化的差異,香港中文版并。。。
