【摘要】：正非酒精性脂肪肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)為當前全球最常見慢性肝病,且呈低齡化趨勢,其俗稱為"脂肪肝";其病理特征,為肝細胞脂肪變性;其病因,可排除酗酒史及其他肝病因素;其發(fā)病率高,西方國家達15%~30%,我國達15%;該病初期,為單純性脂肪肝(nonalcoholic simple fatty liver,NAFL)病情較穩(wěn)定;然而,如發(fā)展到脂肪性肝炎(nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH),則可進一步惡變?yōu)楦斡不⒏伟?脂肪性肝炎患病10~15年肝硬化率達15%~25%,其中約30%~
[Abstract]:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAF LDD) is the most common chronic liver disease in the world, and has a trend of low age, which is commonly called "fatty liver", its pathological features are hepatocyte steatosis, its etiology can exclude the history of alcoholism and other factors of liver disease. Its incidence is high, up to 1530 in western countries and 15 in our country; at the beginning of the disease, the disease is stable for nonalcoholic simple fatty liverNAFLL; however, if it develops into nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, it can be further transformed into cirrhosis and liver cancer. The rate of liver cirrhosis in 10 ~ 15 years of fatty hepatitis is 15%, about 30% of which is about 30%.
