【摘要】：正胰腺結(jié)核臨床上罕見(jiàn),臨床癥狀和影像學(xué)占位表現(xiàn)與胰腺癌不易鑒別,常被誤診為胰腺癌,并行不必要的手術(shù)治療。尋找結(jié)核的病理學(xué)證據(jù)仍是胰腺結(jié)核診斷的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),目前超聲和超聲內(nèi)鏡引導(dǎo)下穿刺活檢術(shù)在明確胰腺占位病變性質(zhì)上愈受重視。國(guó)內(nèi)尚有報(bào)道該技術(shù)在胰腺占位中的應(yīng)用,但在胰腺結(jié)核方面尚少。因此,我們回顧性分析胰腺結(jié)核患者的臨床資料,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)分析超聲和超聲內(nèi)鏡引導(dǎo)下穿刺活檢術(shù)在診斷胰腺結(jié)核中的
[Abstract]:Positive pancreatic tuberculosis is rare in clinic. The clinical symptoms and imaging occupying manifestations are not easily identified with pancreatic cancer. It is often misdiagnosed as pancreatic cancer and is not necessary for surgical treatment. The pathological evidence of finding tuberculosis is still the gold standard for the diagnosis of pancreatic tuberculosis. The characteristics of pancreatic space occupying lesions are clearly defined by ultrasound and endoscopic guided biopsy. More and more attention has been paid to the application of this technique in pancreatic space occupying, but it is still small in the area of pancreatic tuberculosis. Therefore, we review the clinical data of the patients with pancreatic tuberculosis, combined with the literature analysis of ultrasound and endoscopic guided biopsy in the diagnosis of pancreatic tuberculosis.
