【摘要】：采用膜過濾結(jié)合層析法從豬胎肝中提取純化低分子量促肝細胞生長素,并采用MTT法,測定促肝細胞生長素對人肝癌細胞Hp G2的增殖影響,結(jié)果表明,8 k Da小肽在1.5和15μg/m L時可有效促進Hp G2的增殖,當濃度達到150μg/m L時,可抑制Hp G2的生長,該研究為肝病營養(yǎng)功能組件提供理論與技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),也為促細胞生長素的臨床應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:Low molecular weight hepatocyte growth-promoting hormone (LMWHGF) was extracted and purified from porcine fetal liver by membrane filtration and chromatography. The effect of hepatocyte growth factor on the proliferation of human hepatoma cell line HpG2 was determined by MTT assay.The results showed that 8 kDa peptide could effectively promote the proliferation of HP G2 at 1.5 渭 g / mL and 15 渭 g / mL, and inhibit the growth of HP G2 when the concentration reached 150 渭 g / mL. This study provided a theoretical and technical basis for the nutritional functional components of liver diseases.It also provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of auxin.
