【摘要】：目的探討影響體檢成人肝臟受控衰減參數(shù)變化的相關(guān)因素,為進(jìn)一步提高無創(chuàng)定量檢測肝脂肪變的準(zhǔn)確性提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對1 738例成人健康體檢者應(yīng)用瞬時(shí)彈性成像(Fibro Scan)檢測記錄實(shí)施受控衰減參數(shù)(CAP),同時(shí)登記年齡、性別、體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)及檢測血清學(xué)(肝功能、血脂、血糖、尿酸、肌酐、血小板等)指標(biāo)。采用多元線性回歸分析進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,篩選有意義的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果多元線性回歸結(jié)果顯示BMI、γ-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶、白蛋白、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶、三酰甘油、肌酐、年齡、B超結(jié)論詞、低密度脂蛋白、血糖與總膽固醇的偏回歸系數(shù)均小于0.05,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;對CAP影響最大者為BMI,其余依次為B超結(jié)論詞、三酰甘油、年齡、白蛋白、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶、肌酐,其他因素未進(jìn)入回歸方程。結(jié)論體檢成人肝臟CAP值受BMI、B超結(jié)論詞、三酰甘油、年齡、白蛋白、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶、肌酐的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the related factors influencing the changes of controlled attenuation parameters of liver in adults in physical examination. Methods in order to improve the accuracy of noninvasive quantitative detection of hepatic steatosis, 1 738 healthy adults were examined with Fibro Scan. the controlled attenuation parameters were measured, and the age and sex were also registered. Body mass index (BMI) and serum (liver function, blood lipids, blood glucose, uric acid, creatinine, platelet, etc.) were analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis. Results multiple linear regression analysis showed that BMI, 緯 -glutamyl transferase, albumin, alanine aminotransferase, triacylglycerol, creatinine, age, B-ultrasound conclusion, low density lipoprotein, The partial regression coefficients of blood glucose and total cholesterol were all less than 0.05, there was statistical significance, the most significant influence on CAP was BMI, the others were the conclusion words of B-ultrasound, triacylglycerol, age, albumin, alanine aminotransferase, creatinine, creatinine, triglyceride, age, albumin, alanine aminotransferase, creatinine, Conclusion the liver CAP values of healthy adults were affected by BMI, B-ultrasound conclusion words, triacylglycerol, age, albumin, alanine aminotransferase and creatinine.
