【摘要】：胃腸道運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙可引起許多消化道癥狀,兒童便秘就是兒科臨床常見的癥狀之一。近年來各項(xiàng)針對(duì)慢性便秘的藥物臨床研究已不斷被業(yè)內(nèi)學(xué)者所報(bào)道,該文對(duì)近年來臨床上已相對(duì)成熟的藥物,如緩瀉劑、促胃腸動(dòng)力藥物等;尚處于試驗(yàn)性評(píng)估階段的藥物;以及我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)藥及針灸療法的最新研究進(jìn)展等進(jìn)行綜述,為提高臨床兒科便秘的治療水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)體化治療提供參考。
[Abstract]:Gastrointestinal motility disorders can cause many gastrointestinal symptoms, and children's constipation is one of the common symptoms in pediatrics. In this paper, the authors reviewed the clinical relative mature drugs in recent years, such as laxatives, gastrointestinal motility drugs, drugs still in the experimental stage of evaluation, and the latest research progress of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture therapy in China. To improve the treatment level of pediatric constipation and achieve individualized treatment to provide a reference.
