【摘要】：目的對甘草酸二銨應用于急性藥物性肝損傷臨床治療中的效果進行分析。方法選取120例2014年9月-2016年10月期間在我院接受治療的急性藥物性肝損傷患者,1∶1隨機分為參照組(接受門冬氨酸鉀鎂治療)和實驗組(接受甘草酸二銨治療)各60例,對兩種不同藥物的治療效果進行對照研究。結(jié)果就治療顯效率和治療總有效率而言,實驗組患者均明顯高于參照組[68.33%、91.67%vs.36.67%、71.67%];就血清丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶、天門冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶、血清堿性磷酸酶、血清總膽紅素等指標復查時間而言,實驗組患者均明顯短于參照組(P0.05),組間差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論甘草酸二銨應用于急性藥物性肝損傷臨床治療中的效果十分理想,在控制病情、提高治療效果、縮短病程、改善肝功能以及提高生命質(zhì)量等方面具有極其顯著的優(yōu)勢,值得大力推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of acute drug-induced liver injury. Methods 120 patients with acute drug-induced liver injury received treatment in our hospital from September 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into 1: 1 randomly. There were 60 cases in the control group (treated with potassium magnesium aspartate) and 60 cases in the experimental group (treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate). Results in terms of the effective rate of treatment and the total effective rate of treatment, the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group [68.33] 91.67 vs.36.67%, and in the case of serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, In terms of serum alkaline phosphatase, serum total bilirubin and so on, Conclusion the effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of acute drug-induced liver injury is very satisfactory, which can control the disease, improve the therapeutic effect and shorten the course of disease. The improvement of liver function and the improvement of quality of life and so on has the extremely remarkable superiority, is worth vigorously popularizing.
