【摘要】：目的建立Helicobacter suis(H.suis)感染小鼠模型并探究其意義。方法將40只雌性C57BL/6小鼠隨機(jī)分為模型組和對(duì)照組,模型組給予0.5mL豬胃黏膜勻漿液(經(jīng)PCR檢測(cè)確定存在H.suis)灌胃,對(duì)照組給予0.5mL PBS溶液灌胃。灌胃1個(gè)月及3個(gè)月后,各處死兩組中半數(shù)小鼠,取其胃黏膜組織,分別行PCR、HE染色檢測(cè)H.suis在小鼠胃內(nèi)的定植與胃黏膜淋巴濾泡形成情況。結(jié)果灌胃所用豬胃黏膜勻漿液中存在H.suis;H.suis可以在小鼠胃內(nèi)定植,并且3個(gè)月后仍存在;感染H.suis 1個(gè)月及3個(gè)月后的小鼠胃黏膜均有淋巴濾泡的形成,并且后者的淋巴濾泡較前者明顯增大。結(jié)論成功建立了H.suis感染C57BL/6小鼠模型,H.suis可以誘導(dǎo)胃黏膜淋巴濾泡的形成,可能在胃黏膜相關(guān)淋巴組織(MALT)淋巴瘤的發(fā)生過(guò)程中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish Helicobacter suis H. suis. Methods 40 female C57BL / 6 mice were randomly divided into model group and control group. The model group was given 0.5 mL gastric mucosal homogenate (determined by PCR), while the control group was given 0.5 mL PBS solution for 1 month and 3 months later. Half of the mice died in each group, their gastric mucosal tissues were taken and PCR was performed respectively. He staining was used to detect H. suis colonization and gastric mucosal lymphatic follicle formation in mice. Results H. suis was found in pig gastric mucosa homogenate. H. suis could be colonized in the stomach of mice and still existed after 3 months. Lymphatic follicles were found in gastric mucosa of mice infected with H. suis for 1 and 3 months. Conclusion H.suis infected C57BL / 6 mouse model can induce gastric mucosal lymphoid follicle formation. It may play an important role in the development of gastric mucosal associated lymphoid tissue malt lymphoma.
