咖啡酸苯乙酯抑制鼻咽癌的作用機制研究

  研究背景鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)是一種特殊類型的頭頸部惡性腫瘤,原發(fā)于解剖部位隱蔽的鼻咽部。NPC的發(fā)病有其獨特的地理特點。NPC在東南亞,中國南方,尤其是廣東、廣西地區(qū),年發(fā)病率約為30/10萬,引發(fā)一系列嚴重的人群健康問題。而在美國或歐洲地區(qū),其年發(fā)病率小于1/10萬。NPC致癌過程是一個多步驟過程,目前發(fā)現NPC發(fā)病與EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)感染、遺傳易感性、環(huán)境致癌因素密切相關。目前,NPC的治療以放射治療為主。隨著調強放療技術的發(fā)展,早期NPC患者通過放療治療5年生存率可以達到80%以上。然而,大部分NPC患者在初診時已經處于中晚期,部分中晚期患者經過同步放化療治療后因腫瘤遠處轉移而治療失敗。因此,研發(fā)針對NPC的靶向藥物,對放療或化療有增敏作用的藥物,對提高中晚期NPC患者的療效有積極意義?Х人岜揭阴ィ╟affeic acid phenethyl ester,CAPE)是一類多酚化合物。一些研究提示,CAPE具有抗癌,抗炎和免疫調節(jié)性質。其可以通過抑制腫瘤壞死因子(tumor necrosis fa...
