【摘要】：目的:探討老年OSAHS患者血清髓過氧化物酶(MPO)、細胞間黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表達及意義。方法:通過PSG確診的老年OSAHS患者93例(OSAHS組),根據(jù)AHI分為重、中、輕3組,每組31例;選取31例健康老年體檢者為對照組。ELISA法測定入組者外周血ICAM-1、MPO濃度;重度OSAHS患者綜合治療3個月后復(fù)測ICAM-1、MPO,分析ICAM-1、MPO與PSG相關(guān)指標的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:(1)老年OSAHS患者體內(nèi)ICAM-1、MPO濃度隨病情嚴重程度增加逐漸上升(F=29.937,18.946;P0.01);各組間ICAM-1、MPO濃度比較發(fā)現(xiàn)輕度組較對照組無顯著差別(P0.05),余各組相互比較均存在顯著差別(P0.05)。(2)OSAHS患者體內(nèi)ICAM-1、MPO水平均與BMI、年齡無明顯關(guān)聯(lián)(P0.05);ICAM-1與MPO水平改變呈正相關(guān),二者均和LSaO_2呈負相關(guān),與AHI呈正相關(guān)(P0.01)。(3)31例重度老年患者經(jīng)3個月綜合治療后外周血ICAM-1、MPO濃度及AHI顯著降低,LSaO2明顯上升,和治療前比較均有顯著差別(P0.01)。結(jié)論:老年OSAHS患者體內(nèi)ICAM-1、MPO水平上升可能為其并發(fā)心血管損害的機制之一;外周血ICAM-1、MPO水平的測定對老年OSAHS病情判斷、療效評估及合并心血管病風(fēng)險的預(yù)測有一定參考價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of serum myeloperoxidase (MPO), intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in elderly patients with OSAHS. Methods: 93 elderly patients with OSAHS diagnosed by PSG (OSAHS group) were divided into three groups according to AHI: 31 cases in each group. 31 healthy elderly patients were selected as control group.
