【摘要】：目的探討雙眼視感知覺(jué)療法聯(lián)合調(diào)節(jié)功能訓(xùn)練在近視性弱視治療中的臨床療效。方法選擇2013-2014年在我院就診的近視性弱視患兒47例(87眼),其中采用雙眼視感知覺(jué)療法聯(lián)合調(diào)節(jié)功能方法訓(xùn)練25例(46眼);采用傳統(tǒng)弱視治療方法 22例(41眼)。分析開始治療后1、3、6個(gè)月以及1年兩組視力和屈光狀態(tài)變化情況。結(jié)果訓(xùn)練后3和6個(gè)月時(shí)視感知覺(jué)療法聯(lián)合調(diào)節(jié)功能訓(xùn)練組在治療有效率分別為82.6%和89.13%好于傳統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練組(χ2=4.537,P0.05;χ2=4.537,P0.05);訓(xùn)練后1年時(shí)兩組間有效率無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,但在治愈率方面好于傳統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練組(P0.05)。訓(xùn)練后3和6個(gè)月時(shí)視感知覺(jué)訓(xùn)練組視力提升幅度大于傳統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練組(t=-3.820,P0.05;t=-2.12,P0.05),而在訓(xùn)練后1個(gè)月和1年時(shí)視力提升幅度兩組之間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。傳統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練組球鏡度數(shù)增加幅度在治療后1年大于視感知覺(jué)療法聯(lián)合調(diào)節(jié)功能訓(xùn)練組(t=2.037,P0.05),在訓(xùn)練后1、3及6個(gè)月時(shí)無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);兩組訓(xùn)練前后散光變化均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論視感覺(jué)療法聯(lián)合調(diào)節(jié)功能訓(xùn)練治療近視性弱視優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練方法,并在弱視治療中控制近視加深方面起到積極作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of binocular visual perception therapy combined with regulatory function training in the treatment of myopia amblyopia. Methods 47 cases (87 eyes) of myopic amblyopia treated in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 were selected, including 25 cases (46 eyes) trained with binocular visual perception therapy and 22 cases (41 eyes) treated with traditional amblyopia. The changes of visual acuity and refractive status were analyzed at 1, 3, 6 months and 1 year after treatment.
