【摘要】：目的:研究小切口白內(nèi)障摘除聯(lián)合人工晶體植入術(shù)后眼內(nèi)炎的發(fā)病原因及跟蹤治療體會(huì)。方法:以我院2014年12月至2015年12月實(shí)施白內(nèi)障摘除術(shù)并人工晶體植入術(shù)的患者110例隨機(jī)分為兩組并分析討論,對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)跟蹤。觀察者根據(jù)患者的病情影響因素實(shí)施綜合跟蹤及治療干預(yù)。對(duì)兩組患者的治療情況進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果:通過對(duì)觀察組實(shí)施綜合跟蹤治療及時(shí)治療干預(yù),與對(duì)照組相比,白內(nèi)障摘除聯(lián)合人工晶體植入術(shù)后眼內(nèi)炎發(fā)生率明顯降低(P0.05),差異顯著,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:實(shí)施綜合跟蹤的目的在于使患者在生理、心理、社會(huì)適應(yīng)性上達(dá)到最愉快的狀態(tài),使其對(duì)治療充滿信心,易于接受和完成治療過程。因此,在完善治療方案的同時(shí),積極配合舒適跟蹤治療模式,可有效提高治療效果,縮短治療時(shí)間,顯著提高患者滿意度,提高了患者的生活質(zhì)量,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the cause and treatment of endophthalmitis after small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods: 110 patients undergoing cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Observers performed comprehensive follow-up and treatment interventions based on the factors affecting the patient's condition. The treatment conditions of the two groups were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the incidence of endophthalmitis after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the purpose of comprehensive tracking is to make the patient's physical, psychological and social adaptability to the most pleasant state, to make them full of confidence in the treatment, easy to accept and complete the treatment process. Therefore, while perfecting the treatment scheme, actively cooperating with the comfort tracking treatment mode can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the treatment time, significantly improve the patient's satisfaction, improve the patient's quality of life, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
