【摘要】：目的：探討鼻咽癌(NPC)患者血清中VEGF-A/VEGFR-2水平,及其與鼻咽癌患者臨床病理參數和和患者淋巴結轉移的關系。 方法：用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)定量檢測32例鼻咽癌初治患者、9例鼻咽癌治療后復發(fā)患者、21例鼻咽癌治療后完全緩解者、6例鼻咽癌遠處轉移患者血清中VEGF-A和VEGFR-2的濃度,并且與20例健康人血清中VEGF-A和VEGFR-2濃度作對照,比較VEGF-A/VEGFR-2水平與各組患者臨床病理特征、TNM分期和淋巴結轉移的關系。 結果：初治及復發(fā)組鼻咽癌患者血清VEGF-A、VEGFR-2水平明顯高于健康對照組(P0.01)。復發(fā)組鼻咽癌患者血清VEGF-A、VEGFR-2水平明顯高于完全緩解組(P0.01)。血清VEGF-A和VEGFR-2水平與鼻咽癌T分期及N分期有關(均為P0.01)。存在淋巴結轉移的鼻咽癌患者血清VEGF-A和VEGFR-2水平明顯高于無淋巴結轉移患者,此兩分子與鼻咽癌淋巴轉移呈正相關。鼻咽癌治療后復發(fā)組患者血清中VEGF-A和VEGFR-2含量顯著高于健康對照組人群(P0.01,P0.01)；完全緩解者組VEGF-A和VEGFR-2含量與健康對照組比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)；患者血清中VEGF-A和VEGFR-2含量有相關性(r=0.810,P0.05)； 結論：鼻咽癌的發(fā)生與進展與鼻咽癌患者血清VEGF-A和VEGFR-2含量有關,鼻咽癌患者血清VEGF-A和VEGFR-2含量與患者臨床病理TNM分期及淋巴轉移相關,可在一定程度上作為判斷患者病情進展的指標。VEGF-A/VEGFR-2水平可以作為預測患者是否已發(fā)生淋巴轉移的指標。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the level of serum VEGF-A/VEGFR-2 in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters and lymph node metastasis. Methods: enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect 32 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), 9 patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and 21 patients with complete remission after nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) treatment. The levels of VEGF-A and VEGFR-2 in the serum of 6 patients with distant metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were compared with those of 20 healthy controls. The levels of VEGF-A/VEGFR-2 were compared with the clinicopathological features of each group. Relationship between TNM staging and lymph node metastasis. Results: the serum VEGF-A,VEGFR-2 levels in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P0.01). The serum VEGF-A,VEGFR-2 level in recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients was significantly higher than that in complete remission group (P0.01). Serum VEGF-A and VEGFR-2 levels were correlated with T stage and N stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (P0.01). The serum levels of VEGF-A and VEGFR-2 in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without lymph node metastasis, and the two molecules were positively correlated with lymphatic metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The serum levels of VEGF-A and VEGFR-2 in patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P0.01, P0.01). The levels of VEGF-A and VEGFR-2 in the complete remission group were not significantly different from those in the healthy control group (P0.05), and the levels of VEGF-A and VEGFR-2 in the serum of the patients were correlated with those of the healthy control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the occurrence and progression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma are related to the levels of serum VEGF-A and VEGFR-2 in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The contents of VEGF-A and VEGFR-2 in serum of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma are related to the clinicopathological TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis. VEGF-A/VEGFR-2 level can be used as a predictor of lymphatic metastasis.
