【摘要】：正國(guó)內(nèi)外診療指南均明確指出,變應(yīng)性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的治療包括環(huán)境控制、抗過敏藥物治療、特異性免疫治療和健康教育,概括為"防治結(jié)合、四位一體"~([1-3])。環(huán)境控制是指避免吸入和食入各種過敏原,可預(yù)防和治療AR。抗過敏藥物不能治愈而只能控制AR,用藥后癥狀好轉(zhuǎn),停藥后癥狀復(fù)發(fā)。特異性免疫治療(脫敏)是針對(duì)特定過敏原進(jìn)行的疫苗治療,可謂精準(zhǔn)病因治療。健康
