【摘要】：本文通過分析超聲乳化白內(nèi)障摘除聯(lián)合人工晶體植入術(shù)聯(lián)合鞏膜咬切術(shù)治療急性閉角型青光眼合并白內(nèi)障，觀察術(shù)后角膜散光、裸眼視力、矯正視力、眼壓變化。 本研究對(duì)象為吉林大學(xué)第二醫(yī)院眼科醫(yī)院白內(nèi)障科急性閉角型青光眼合并白內(nèi)障的患者28例30眼。記錄患者術(shù)前、術(shù)后7天、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月術(shù)眼散光（Astigmatism）、裸眼視力、矯正視力（Corrected visual acuity）、眼壓（Intraocular pressure）變化等情況。 通過術(shù)后隨訪，，術(shù)后7天檢測(cè)術(shù)眼散光度數(shù)增大，術(shù)后1個(gè)月拆除鞏膜切口縫線后散光度明顯降低，術(shù)后3個(gè)月散光趨于術(shù)前散光水平；術(shù)后裸眼視力及矯正視力較術(shù)前提高，術(shù)后1個(gè)月拆除鞏膜切口縫線后裸眼視力及矯正視力明顯提高，術(shù)后3個(gè)月裸眼視力及矯正視力基本穩(wěn)定，可達(dá)最佳；患者術(shù)后7天、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月眼壓控制穩(wěn)定。 本研究結(jié)果表明，超聲乳化白內(nèi)障摘除聯(lián)合人工晶體植入術(shù)聯(lián)合鞏膜咬切術(shù)是治療急性閉角型青光眼合并白內(nèi)障的有效方法。
[Abstract]:The changes of corneal astigmatism, uncorrected visual acuity, corrected visual acuity and intraocular pressure were observed after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with scleral bite in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract. The subjects were 28 cases (30 eyes) of acute angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract in Department of Cataract, second Hospital of Jilin University. The uncorrected visual acuity (Astigmatism),) and corrected visual acuity (Corrected visual acuity),) intraocular pressure (Intraocular pressure) of astigmatism were recorded 7 days, 1 month and 3 months before operation and 7 days, 1 month and 3 months after operation respectively. After 7 days follow-up, the astigmatism of the eyes increased, the astigmatism decreased significantly after the scleral incision seams were removed, the astigmatism tended to the preoperative astigmatism level 3 months after operation, the uncorrected visual acuity and corrected visual acuity were improved. The uncorrected visual acuity and corrected visual acuity were improved 1 month after the scleral incision was removed, the uncorrected visual acuity and corrected visual acuity were stable at 3 months after operation, and the intraocular pressure was stable at 7 days, 1 month and 3 months after operation. The results showed that phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation combined with scleral bite was an effective method for the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract.
