矢量分析法評價(jià)眼內(nèi)散光對飛秒激光LASIK治療散光的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of intraocular astigmatism (ocular residual (Ora) on the treatment of astigmatism by femtosecond laser LASIK. Methods 182 cases of femtosecond laser LASIK in our hospital from January to April 2016 were collected. Vector analysis was used to calculate the value of Ora in high intraocular astigmatism group (high ocular residual astigmatism group) and low intraocular astigmatism group (low ocular residual astigmatism group LORAG). After 6 months follow-up, the naked visual acuity, astigmatism correction rate and error rate were compared between the two groups. Results the ORA of all patients before operation was (0.61 鹵0.27) D.The ORA of 58 patients (31.9%) with ORA over 0.75D was higher than that of LORAG patients, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Six months after operation, the naked visual acuity of HORAG patients was 1.08 鹵0.15. There was no significant difference between the two groups (t 0.97). The error rate of HORAG (58.11 鹵63.23)% was higher than that of LORAG (26.12 鹵35.37). There was significant difference between the two groups (146.45 鹵86.63% vs LORAG (122.56 鹵36.31)%). Conclusion when ORA is larger, the error rate of femtosecond laser LASIK in the treatment of astigmatism is increased, and the correction rate of astigmatism is affected. The source of astigmatism should be analyzed before refractive surgery.
