【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用矢量分析法評價(jià)眼內(nèi)散光(ocular residual astigmatism,ORA)對飛秒激光LASIK治療散光的影響。方法收集2016年1月至4月在我院行飛秒激光LASIK的患者182例。應(yīng)用矢量分析法計(jì)算ORA,ORA大于等于散光的為高眼內(nèi)散光組(high ocular residual astigmatism group,HORAG),反之則為低眼內(nèi)散光組(low ocular residual astigmatism group,LORAG)。術(shù)后隨訪6個(gè)月,比較兩組裸眼視力以及散光矯正率和誤差率。結(jié)果術(shù)前所有患者ORA為(0.61±0.27)D,其中超過0.75D者58例(31.9%);HORAG患者的ORA大于LORAG患者,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后6個(gè)月HORAG患者裸眼視力為1.06±0.15,LORAG患者裸眼視力為1.08±0.15,兩組差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.97、P=0.35);HORAG誤差率(58.11±63.23)%大于LORAG(26.12±35.37)%,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=3.43、P0.05);HORAG矯正率(146.45±86.63)%較LORAG(122.56±36.31)%大,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=2.81、P0.05)。結(jié)論ORA較大時(shí)增加飛秒激光LASIK治療散光的誤差率,影響散光矯正率,進(jìn)行屈光手術(shù)前應(yīng)進(jìn)行散光來源分析。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of intraocular astigmatism (ocular residual (Ora) on the treatment of astigmatism by femtosecond laser LASIK. Methods 182 cases of femtosecond laser LASIK in our hospital from January to April 2016 were collected. Vector analysis was used to calculate the value of Ora in high intraocular astigmatism group (high ocular residual astigmatism group) and low intraocular astigmatism group (low ocular residual astigmatism group LORAG). After 6 months follow-up, the naked visual acuity, astigmatism correction rate and error rate were compared between the two groups. Results the ORA of all patients before operation was (0.61 鹵0.27) D.The ORA of 58 patients (31.9%) with ORA over 0.75D was higher than that of LORAG patients, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Six months after operation, the naked visual acuity of HORAG patients was 1.08 鹵0.15. There was no significant difference between the two groups (t 0.97). The error rate of HORAG (58.11 鹵63.23)% was higher than that of LORAG (26.12 鹵35.37). There was significant difference between the two groups (146.45 鹵86.63% vs LORAG (122.56 鹵36.31)%). Conclusion when ORA is larger, the error rate of femtosecond laser LASIK in the treatment of astigmatism is increased, and the correction rate of astigmatism is affected. The source of astigmatism should be analyzed before refractive surgery.
